Connecting to Your Loxo Account

Connecting Floats to Loxo lets you import candidates from Loxo and select Loxo contacts for Float emails and Share links. To complete the connection, Loxo requires 3 account ID values. This guide walks you through finding each one and then enabling the integration in Floats.

Step 1: Gather your Loxo account details

1. Agency Slug

  1. In your Loxo account, click on the "More" menu item, then on "Careers Page".
  2. Your slug is the part of the URL after app.loxo.co/.
Example: https://app.loxo.co/acme-recruiters → slug is acme-recruiters

2. API Key

  1. Log in to Loxo as an admin.
  2. Click Settings → API Keys → + Add.
  3. Copy the key immediately — Loxo only shows it once.

If you don't see an API Keys option, contact [email protected] to have it enabled.

3. Agency ID

The Agency ID is the number after /agencies/ in your Loxo URL.

Example: https://app.loxo.co/agencies/12345/people → ID is 12345

Step 2: Enable the integration in Floats

In your Floats account:

  1. Click the user menu in the top right.
  2. Then select Integrations.
  3. On the Loxo integration card, click the "On" switch.
  4. Enter the information you gathered above.

You will be redirected back to Floats with the integration active. You can now import candidates from Loxo on the Candidate page and select Loxo contacts for Float emails and Share links.
