No. Choose the help you need now. You can book training on its own, ask us to build a specific workflow, have us manage something that already exists, or combine the services. The mix can change as your team and systems develop.
Maybe, but the useful question is whether it can improve a real piece of work. That might mean less re-keying, fewer dropped handovers, faster preparation or better use of information already in your systems. We will help you work that out before you commit to anything.
Only for a custom build. Training and coaching can begin once we understand your goals and the people involved. Discovery is used when we need to map a workflow, review the connected systems and define a build properly.
Training and coaching are fixed-price for an agreed session or program. Discovery has a fixed fee confirmed after the initial consultation. Builds are fixed-price for a defined outcome. Ongoing management is scoped to what needs looking after. You will know the price before any work begins.
Yes. We can review existing agents, automations and workflows, then recommend what to keep, fix or improve. We will need to understand how they were built, what they connect to and who currently owns them.
Floats leads the relationship, scope and quality. Our delivery partner, Nexiserve, provides technical design, engineering and ongoing support under the Floats Studio banner. You have one agreement with Floats and one accountable lead.
Your core data stays in your existing systems. We use the minimum access needed, work with your accounts and licences, and put human checks around anything important or customer-facing. The data and security approach is agreed before a build begins.
That gives us a useful head start because we already know part of your workflow and stack. Existing Floats customers receive a preferred Discovery rate, confirmed during the consultation.
